Returns & Exchanges

At Brass Knuckle, we stand behind the quality of our apparel; if your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
